Take a look at the average class ranking for the championship teams that Villanova, UCONN, Louisville and Virginia had on their title teams.

Duke has 2 titles in the last 10 years and Kentucky has 1 with elite recruiting.

UNC is in the middle. Not as good as Duke and Kentucky, but better than the others. You could argue that the NCAA investigation had a big part in that.
