be stopped at the border (Also, 10,000+? lol) and deported immediately is a news story SLASH not something that people need to be terribly concerned about. But not being concerned doesn't get people to vote.
As I said the timing is key. Why send troops down a month before any of them could even possibly make it here? And again, this already happened earlier this year. A massive, dangerous caravan showed up of a couple hundred people, most of whom were arrested.
Also important to remember they're coming here seeking asylum, which of course is not illegal, but is also not a guarantee that they'll get it.
