Show me a case that supports your premise. Anything to overturn the SCOTUS decision in Wong Kim Ark?
The argument that congress intended the 14th Amendment to mean, "who are not subject to a foreign government" is pretty asinine - if that's what they meant, they should have worded the language as such. The FACT that there has not been an Amendment (or a serious challenge) to this law/case in 100+ years, leaves it as SETTLED LAW.
