the weakest P5 conference by far in 2014-2015, but is expected to be really good next season - projected by some experts to challenge the ACC for best conference overall.
And that makes a big difference, possibly a 5-win swing (e.g. the difference between 14-4 and 9-9 in SEC play).
However, despite the SEC being a much tougher and more competitive conference in 2017 compared to 2014, I think CM will still manage to win 24+ games due to the young talent he's infused the roster with.
