an actual D1 coach. That is why it is so silly when people say Haith wouldn't have won 20 games in 2014-15 if he had stayed. He would have had a real SEC roster to coach.

I've not seen Cuonzo coach yet, so hard to tell what a tactical improvement he would make and what kind of effort and intensity he will demand of his players.
