Assumption 1: He doesn't have Porter momentum.
Assumption 2: He recruits better then Anderson.
Assumption 3: Growing pains of a new system transition still exist.

Think he has marginally better record his first season...and much better record in 2+3, because the drop off never happens.

Maybe that is unrealistic, and maybe I should be accounting more for postseason ban...bottom line is CM timing of current hire pretty amazing.
