of 4-star players from Haith (as KA did) plus would have been able to utilize his connections to recruit top players from the STL area.

His first roster here would have been drastically superior to any roster he started with at his previous jobs. And it's worth pointing out that he was not at any of those jobs for more than 3 seasons because he kept getting better offers due to the success he had.
