It's irrelevant anyway, because he would have started with a much more talented roster at MU than his previous jobs. In other words, he started out with KA-esque rosters at MSU, Tenn, and Cal. That wouldn't have been the case as MU's coach in 2014, or (as he has proven) in 2017.
