It is implied that surely he must be a better in game coach, motivator, strategist, etc. The probability that we would hire in immediate succession the two worst individuals at those tasks in a row would be simply mind blowing. The crux of the question is how much better Cuonzo is, not whether he is somehow as bad as Kim was.
