However, I'm sure there are limitations to their cost cutting, whether that's pharmaceutical costs or equipment. Hopefully those would come down.

There's a very decent chance I'm way off. I'm just saying what I'd prefer, I don't know how realistic it is.

If I'm a congressman, that's probably what I come to the table with as a starting position.
