Your basic clinic down the street but they will not be the solution for driving new cures. Gov't can't pay for all the costs of research. Yes they can for a project here or there but not even close to the breadth of research going on in a capitalistic economy. Just compare Canada to the US on innovation

Yes they get cheap drugs as we subsidize them because their govt won't pay
