Does the govt pay for that? Why not?
In a capitalist system if you want to pay for it you can go for it.

The only solution is a competitive system where as many as can get healthcare and the Rest get serviced as before by the hospitals or are on Medicare.
Govt clinics on the corner would be effective to give out basic medicine for the people who are otherwise abusing hospitals and raising costs. With the cost of a degree in medicine maybe some DRs could pay down their loans working in the govt clinics
