If Cuonzo had taken over the SFA job that Underwood took over, he would have gone 3/3 there as well.

I also think CM would have had a 9-9 record or better at Oklahoma State last year. Travis Ford probably would have as well, if he was still the coach there.

Cuonzo was cheated out of an NCAA tourney bid at MO State - I think the highest RPI ever to not make the tourney, it was considered a major snub by the committee.

I also think that Cal, at 10-8 this season, should have gotten a bid and was more deserving than Oklahoma State, at 9-9.

Most of all, Cuonzo simply has not been at any single job long enough to build a program, and yet he's never had a bad season.

I think he will make Missouri an SEC contender in the future.
