I think he's decent. I liked Dan Kelly and Bill Wilkerson better. But Kelly's biggest problem IMO is he can't talk regularly. He stumbles and bumbles in interviews (whether he's going them or being interviewed) but when he is doing play by play he is smooth. When he came back to to KMOX a few years ago he was downright painful to listen to.
