So even small market teams like the Royals can draft the best players and keep them on their team for 5-6 years.

This is complete lunacy. Once Mizzou develops a player that is good enough to play for an Alabama type program they will likely leave. It's already happened twice.

We have one decent NIL deal and that is the only thing keeping Burden a Mizzou Tiger. Without that you know he's gone as well. Mizzou simply doesn't have the boosters or fan base that cares enough to spend crazy amounts of money to keep or pick off the best players.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
