college programs. It is a very short sided view, and it will just be a couple of more years of this uncapped NIL crap and people simply stop showing up except for the rabid fan bases of 10-20 teams.
I'm not as concerned about a salary cap on coaches. There are only so many good ones. The issue is no salary cap on the players. Without that college football as we know it is dead for Mizzou. We might get one or two more decent seasons (and by decent I mean .500) and then is back to the below .500 days, but this time it's for life unless something changes with a cap.
