If I steal your car, that does not remove your right to property. It does not become my property. It is an infringement on your right, but does not remove your right. A life taken doesn't mean that person didn't have the right to their life. That's not the way rights work. It's not a weaselword, it's an explanation to someone too stubborn and too ignorant to understand.
You gave me no other reasoning for being ok with government killing people other than recidivism. I didn't suppose anything, I asked questions to clarify your position because it wasn't clearly stated. I even asked where the threshold was. And I didn't equate it to jaywalking, but I did assume your threshold was before that somewhere.
Every response I make to you is ineffective. Like I said already, you're assuming someone can teach you calculus when you don't understand algebra. You're asking the impossible of someone.
