season. There were no summer workouts and very limited tune-up games last season. Teams that retuned their cores had fewer growing pains. To deny that is to deny reality.

We saw what happened once the other teams had time together and that advantage disappeared.

Yes, CM chose not to play his best player but don't forget that OU was missing their second leading scorer.
