We all saw what happened in '20-21 after the other (less experienced) teams caught up in development/experience/cohesion as the season progressed. As the massive early season advantage wore off from that effect, so did our winning. We weren't even an NIT-caliber team by the end of the season. I think we lost 8 of our last 10 games, all to unranked teams. And that was with a senior-laden roster.

And obviously, we wouldn't have made the tourney in year 1 without the Porter windfall that fell into CM's lap.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
