Could make them better than the PAC?

Iowa State, Okie Lite, BYU, Cincy, TCU and UCF could be regular top 25 programs. Others like K-State, Baylor, Texas Tech and Houston could occasionally sneak through. In any given year, the revised Big 12 could easily have 4 or 5 programs in the top 25.
