Minis never the biggest name making a hire. So the AD has to be great at identifying coaching talent and get the good ones before they blow up. Mizzou tried that with Quin. Self was also that guy when Quin was hired.

They same is true with recruits. Mizzou has to get most of their guys before they blow up usually.
