then the decision-making got really poor. Hiring a D-2 coach instead of a proven D-1 Final Four coach was profoundly stupid.

Our problems have been self-inflected through AD/admin incompetence, not budget issues. With that said, I've pointed out many times that our clown AD should defund the pointless non-revenue programs as much as possible and pump that money into FB & BB.
