It will be.
But money is the issue.

If you fire him before 5/1/21 it will take $15-20 million to get rid of him and hire a replacement, maybe more.

He could chose to leave after the year if they struggle. Aim to what Smart just did leaving Texas. Mizzou would probably let him out without a buyout in that case.
