the keys which is what a good/great coach needs to succeed. Quin failed on his own. If you want to blame the AD blame them for hiring Quin. He showed up 30 minutes late to his interview.

No way I ever hire someone that shows up 30 minutes late. Thats a good sign that someone doesn't have their priorities in line.
