Consider Clemson. Their AD budget is about the same as ours, in fact it will soon be LESS with the massive new SEC deal factored in.

Yet despite having lower (ACC level) revenue, Clemson's AD spends a much greater percentage of its budget on FOOTBALL – $40 million per year (almost 70% more than what we spend). And while Clemson (and other schools with smart ADs) are pouring their resources into FB & BB, our AD is investing more of its budget in the worthless NON-REVENUE sports that no one cares about.

We have the revenue to be spending as much as Clemson on football, perhaps even more in the near future. Here's a ranking of AD budgets with the latest SEC windfall factored in...
