Quin was hugely aware of the advantage he was being handed with the new arena and backing from the Laurie family. He and Alden had personality conflicts. A lot of people had personality conflicts with Alden, some with Quin as well. Quin did sort of slide off the tracks and I will always believe it had a lot to do with the lack of productive communication between himself and the AD (his immediate supervisor). He communicated well with Brady Deaton.
