have a competent coach. Cuonzo isn't incompetent. He just isn't good enough to build back from the crater he inherited. It was going to take something more than simply competence to successfully follow Kim.

If Counzo had followed Haith he would have been just fine. He just isn't good enough for the given circumstances he inherited.
