then he will tell you a great job Cuonzo has done. When the team disappoints, he then falls back on his low expectations. Even now he's promoting next year will be a failure, so when it happens he will say everyone else expectations were too high. Then he will say the following year is the year to evaluate Cuonzo. He's not clever, just a remedial con game to buy Cuonzo time...
