I want it to be sustainable.

Which means you have to take steps. I think the AD thinks the same way. His conference didn’t say anything about top 4 SEC finishes or sweet 16’s.
Their goals based on the wording of the contract were get back to making the tournament.

Had he been given an extension the goals from the AD needed to be higher than they were for his first 4 seasons.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
