If something is signed into law, and you don't agree with the law or believe it to be unconstitutional, until such time the law is changed, removed or deemed unconstitutional it is the law. If you violate it you have broken the law. This is the case even if you very strongly believe there is no validity to that law, or there is great injustice in that law. What you think or very strongly believe about that law does not change actual reality. It is the law.
This means we have bad laws. That sucks. But we don't have the privilege of deciding on our own what is or is not a law. Saying it is not a law does not mean it is not a law.
