you have insisted that all people be called by their original biology.

Some people believe they are so different than their original biology, that they do everything medically to change that to imitate their desired biology to the point that a random person off the street would never know. I would guess, unless you knew, you would call that person a woman. But since you knew that person's past (or someone told you), you now refuse to do that. Why?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
