based on skin color..it is the assumptions that people make that make race a social construct. Back in the days where a white could not breed with a black was all social and nothing biological about it at all.

That is the whole point about being "less white", although it is poorly done, but the background of the point.

It gets done over and over here when it comes to racial disparity on crime, and all the biases that go with it.
