Meritocracies yield easily to profound competence.

Liberal elites know for certain that just a handful of educational institutions aimed at minorities from the beginning (say five years old) could easily field college graduate aged professionals so competent that few businesses or organizations could possibly resist them, even if they wanted to (and in actuality most organizations are STARVING for competent professionals in all areas irrespective of race, creed, color etc.).

Instead of focusing on this obvious mission and elegantly fostering diversity in a win-win scenario, the left seeks VENGEANCE against what it sees as evil capitalism, attempting to cripple all organizations everywhere with incompetence in the name of 'social justice'.

So while peaceful, helpful and productive approaches exist to create true, long-term, pro-survival diversity, the left willfully chooses death and destruction BECAUSE THAT FORWARDS THE CAUSE.

The left is TERRIFIED of proceeding without a permanent plantation class supporting them, which is why they work tirelessly to maintain that class, doing nothing to transform it.
