seen that dive into differing viewpoints and thoughts? Have you noticed any special weeks or months that celebrate different ways of thinking as opposed to different physical characteristics?

No, the current "diversity is our strength" movement is focused entirely on physical attributes and lifestyle choices in the assumption that it will spur other benefits from thoughts and viewpoints. But that is merely assumption.
