drive every day. Most are not against the law. So again, why is drunk driving against the law, but not other dangerous decisions drivers can make?
I'm not asking what the current law is, I'm asking what your opinion is. Where and how do you draw the line. If a stat said that texting and driving is statistically more dangerous than drinking and driving, should it be against the law? Is that the threshold, what is more dangerous statistically speaking?
