on black people is bull****. They often pick on known thugs and punks, regardless of age or color. Cops talk and people on their beats develop reputations.

One of my cousins is a total degenerate. I've helped him out of criminal cases multiple times. Just about every time, I've been hampered by prosecutors pointing out that my cousin is a total ****bag as they're gazing over his NICS report.
