and social distancing would have on the spread of the virus vs what actually happened. Using the number of cases in evaluating that is quite reasonable in my opinion. Do you disagree?

Another of her contentions was that if you are going to bankrupt so many businesses and completely disrupt the lives of pretty much all Americans under penalty of the law you probably ought to have some pretty strong evidence that what you are requiring will significantly outweigh the costs of suspending everyone's constitutional rights... and they had no reasonable scientific studies that did so... and the results we have received have not matched their predictions.
