the closer media guy to the players and he said on air (radio) that he know Hicks is just a young guy, that is cautious with what he says to the media because he knows the media can skew words.

So when Hicks said "I don't know, no comment" I literally think that Hicks just didn't want to say anything... (I don't think he was trying to send a message).
