not identifying talent in draft. Even the guys they traded haven't become stars like they were supposed to. The best is probably Mannea out in Oakland. Just a ton of busts throughout even with many guys being top 10 picks.

Also, he made some questionable trades over the last year or two that further hurt the team - i for one believe he should have unloaded some guys sooner when it was clear they were not the same team last year so that instead of another 5-7years of sucking it would only be 3-5.
