because he should be aggressively shopping Perez, Merrifeld, Duffy, Moose...heck anyone with value that does not fit into the 10 year plan.

Instead he says he wants to keep Merrifield for leadership and because he plays so many positions....why the hell does that matter if you won't be winning at all during that time? only holding the re-building process back. I bet he keeps Salvy too just because he is the face of the team.

If Moore had unloaded Herrera last year he would have gotten a lot more. Instead he unloaded him for guys that weren't even in the top 10 prospects in the Nationals farm system so that Washington could take some of the salary back. Again, further holding up the rebuild.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
