What is the Norris thing?

I've read blurbs about the story in The Athletic that said Norris was a snitch/enforcer for Matheny in the bullpen and that he was bullying Hicks to a certain extent. How? I've not subscribed to The Athletic to get the details, but am curious to hear them.
