really doesn't expand the television footprint in any concrete way.

Oklahoma is a tiny state by population.

Texas is interesting in that they bring nothing but AD revenue to most conferences. SEC is already on every TV in the country, so they don't work at all for us.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
