You cannot stop the supply you cannot stop the demand. What has to change is people not having the need to self medicate and distract themselves with some kind of chemical or substance. That's a tall order. Most people do their drug of choice to gain a feeling or lose a feeling . most are self medicating, depression, and or anxiety. If they felt well, mentally, spiritually and physically, there would be less desire to do this.
