ownership has not done much to help that issue. In the past they would make some big moves to keep the team competitive. That hasn't happened for a good while and fans are tired of it. I know I am. I haven't been to or even watched a game for a few years. My money and time is too hard to come by to spend it on something that's not entertaining or interesting. Watching losing baseball is not enjoyable. So I'm not doing it.
