which cases they will hear and then striking down those that do not fit their personal agenda they can act as imperials.
You are missing the point here though. 600 appointed, not elected, district judges should not each have veto power over the single elected executive.
I personally think national injunctions are a good thing but not in the hands of that many different individuals. All national executive and legislative orders come from DC, so IMO the DC district court should be the only one with national injunctive authority. I also belive the SC should immediately review each national injunction before they go into effect.
