drinker of Diet Dr. Pepper, which also contains aspartame. Coincidentally,--or perhaps causatively--during her most recent to a cardiologist, he detected an increase in plaque in cardiac vessels. I have encouraged her to cut back (or eliminate) her consumption of diet soft drinks and to discuss this with her cardiologist on her next visit. Thanks again for this "PSA."
