If any Big XII coach was thought to be the best coach in football, you don't think they'd be poached by the first SEC or Big 10 school that took a run at them?

Or better yet, if a coach is going to leave after being really successful in the MAC, do you think the Big XII is going to be able to land him if an average Big 10 or SEC school is interested? The only coaches that leave the SEC for another FBS school are either because they got fired or are getting out before they get fired. That's not the case for the Big XII.
