The point here is that when the next hot name in coaching is looking to move schools, Big 10 and SEC are first choices and that will happen more and more and more. And the more that happens, the more the gap widens.

How many Big XII schools would have been able to hire Kalen DeBoer when Alabama plucked him from Washington?

Kirby Smart is making close to 3X what Klieman is making.
