you will get some, but if any of those SEC or Big 10 programs want your top players then they will take them, and there is nothing you can do about it.

It's almost like MLB where right now there is no salary cap. Sure the Big 12 could pull out a 2015 KC Royals miracle, but it is not likely.

Soon the money difference will simply make you irrelevant.
