there's something about self-actualization, his best friend is k-state's athletic director who named him ndsu's head coach, and of course there's 4x the money. the point here is that his current salary satisfies his needs and other things like family, friendship and esteem drive decisions.

i'd be surprised if gary didn't have offers to leave missouri.
